Big shout out to Jake Sloan and Landen Brock! These guys wanted to try a marathon with no prep other than CF. They set out to do it and accomplished it right out in front with 106 laps. They were tested big time both mentally and physically.  Here is a video of there experience.

Start at about 65% and go up by feel. If you miss a lift you should drop weight.

10 Deadlift @ 225/155 or 85% of your last set on the 3 TNG DL Workout from 2 weeks ago.
