The CrossFit games season will come to an end tonight.  It has been an awesome year!  While all the athletes are impressive the adaptive athletes stole the show. Adaptive meaning competing with some type of handicap. Adapting and overcoming!  Life will throw you all kinds of challenges!  I challenge all of us to remember these athletes when we feel like we can't do something. 

We will be finishing up our squat cycle this week.  Can't wait to see all the PRS!
