WOD 9.4.14

Having a neck injury keeping me from working out is hard. Life does not always go just how we like it. I am doing my best to stay positive. I can't wait to get back at it.  Today lifted me up big time watching many PR their back squat.  Very thankful to have such a motivated positive group of people around. You guys are awesome! It feels good to make a little difference in the world.

 Swap roles when both partners complete both stations, then move on to 40, 30, etc. If you complete your work before your partner, then you will rest until your partner finishes his set.
