WOD 9.2.14

Awesome time doing "Barbara" with a huge group for labor day today.  If you have not made it to a holiday WOD, try and make the next one. It's a bunch of fun and you get to know many other cool people from other classes. 

There are a bunch of people that do not have 1 rep maxes yet and many others that need to test theirs. We will complete as many 1 rep maxes as we can in the month of September.  If you miss one and don't have one please let your coach know so you can get that done. 

1 rep maxes are important so that your percentages that we are programming will make you stronger. 

Strength - 10 Mins 

Work up to a 1 rep max Shoulder press and push press. 

CONDITIONING/STRENGTH:

In 6 minutes:
Run 800m
ME Power Clean & Push Press @ 115/75 lb

In 4 minutes
Run 400m
ME Box Jumps @ 20”/20”

-Rest 1 min-

In 2 minutes
Run 200m
ME Burpees
