Focus on your technique before you ever worry about load.  Don't get in a hurry to get in great shape.  Be consistent.  Always be safe and have fun.  CrossFit is a sport that is meant to be fun.

20 weighted pullups
30 strict pullups
20 kipping pullups

*partition into sets as needed
