WOD 8.11.14 - School is back in session

Summer tends to get many people off schedule and can make it difficult to stick with a workout program.  If this is you, I encourage you to buckle down as we head into the new school year. Start today but take your time and be consistent.  Set some goals and write them down somewhere that you will see on a daily basis. 

STRENGTH:

Snatch  (do not drop bar from overhead)
15 min EMOM:
1st min: PR-30lb
2nd min: PR-25lb
3rd min: PR-20lb
4th min: PR-15lb
5th min: PR-10lb
Repeat 3 times

In 10 min find a 3RM Snatch Grip Deadlift (with perfect form)
