Reminder - The gym will be closed Saturday and Sunday for the CrossFit gymnastics cert. Drew and I will both be learning a bunch of gymnastics techniques and modifications to make us all better gymnasts.
Every minute on the minute with a partner do 1 wall ball shot and 1 T2B.
Add 1 rep each minute to both exercises. Both partners can work at the same time or any other combination.
When you can not complete a round your score will be the rounds completed plus the reps in the following round.
