We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  This is the time of year when some people like to get lazy and gross. Don't be that guy or gal.  If you feel to lazy to do wods then start a strength cycle.  Talk to me or one of the coaches so you don't become that guy. Love, Kelly

Then 8 Mins to find 1 rep max bear complex
