WOD 11.26.14 - "Thankful Thousand" - Schedule 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM

With a partner or 2 complete the following.  25 Minute Time Cap

With one barbell per team.  45/35 - (If the barbell is dropped you must do 10 burpees as a team)

100 sit ups (50 each)  (must high five between each rep)

100 second unbroken plank hold (breaking = 5 Burpees)

100 Russian Twists (50 Each)

100 Lunges (50 Each)

100 Push Press  35/45

100 Double Unders

100 Box Jumps 20"

100 Barbell Curls

100 OHS

100 Meter Run
