WOD 1.15.14 - STRICT

Three rounds for time of:  (30 Min time cap) If you do not complete your total reps will be your score.


10 Strict handstand push-ups
15 Strict ring dips
20 Strict push-ups
45 Strict pull-ups

We are chasing form today, looking for a strict interpretation of each of these movements. Today we concentrate on VIRTUOSITY, elegant movements performed as solidly as possible. No kipping on the Pull-ups, dips, or Handstand Push-ups (HSPU). Rock solid plank position, no worming on the push-ups.  We are very specifically requesting STRICT form, so let’s make that our emphasis today rather than the volume. One round for New people.
