0:00-8:00 Establish a 1RM Snatch.
8:00-16:00 Establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.
16:00-24:00 Establish a 3RM Front Squat.
24:00-28:00 Cleanup.
28:00-40:00 12:00 “1/2 Angie” (Complete in order 50 Pull Ups, 50 Push Ups, 50 Sit Ups, 50 Squats)

Score is total of weight for Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and 3RM Front Squat, plus total reps for 12:00 (Cap) 1/2 Angie.
