Ramp up to a one-rep max and within 30 seconds of completing the deadlift begin the handstand push-ups. The handstand push-ups must be completed on a 45# plate for RX. The modification will be max effort push ups.
Using the wall for balance is O.K.
Scoring: Multiply the avg. deadlift load in pounds by the avg. number of handstand push-ups completed. Rest between efforts as needed. The workout has a 16 minute timecap.
