WOD 10.15.13 - Test 2 - 2013 J19 Team Championship Qualifier

Today was an awesome start to our first annual J19 Team Championship. 

To participate all 5 qualifying WODS must be completed. After this week there will be two weeks allowed to make up the WODS.

Clean and Jerk

Each set must be touch and go only. You can rest with the bar at the rack, overhead or at the hang. If the bar is released the workout must start over.  

Rest as needed between sets. The workout has a 20 minute time cap.  

Score is total load. Load may be changed between sets.
